Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
At Printyyy, your satisfaction is our priority. Since some of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or dislike of design. However, we will replace or refund your order if it meets the criteria mentioned below.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product is defective or has a printing error.
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Note: Slight variations in print colors may occur due to screen display differences and are not considered defects.
Time Frame
You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
How to Raise a Request
Email us at contactavniq@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Conditions for Rejection of Refund / Return
Your request will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, or altered.
- The complaint is about minor differences in color, size, or print alignment.
- No proof (photos/videos) of the defect/damage is provided.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this time, production begins and cancellations will not be accepted.
